We were having a problem with the thermostat and they scheduled a visit for the same day but it would have been very late so they came out the next day. When the tech arrived he when right to work. He checked out the Indoor and outdoor unit.all checked out with no problems he then got to work on the thermostat and In the end he replaced it. Let's begin. we had tune up done yesterday. ac stopped cooling after tech left. we recalled for service. My son was home. was told it's clogged. Why wouldn't tune up guy mention anything. After second service ac worked for literally 5 minutes after tech left. Stopped cooling. Summer heat is no fun. we literally paid 49.99 for tune up and remove clog we paid 255.00. I am needing AC IN MY HOUSE asap 07/31 I called Jennifer. was told she will call my husband. but nothing. I don't understand. So quick to charge for service not performed well to begin with. Waiting to hear from Jennifer. 08/02 spoke to Yone. amazing person. she said she would escalate the issue. Let's hope we will hear from Jennifer. Service: HVAC system maintenance

Dean came to complete a service and diagnostic on our unit for the $49 coupon special. He was very courteous and explained every concern he found. He explained our unit was reaching the end of its life, and the costs of repairs would be close to the replacement costs, but our u it was still serviceable for a while. He also scheduled a free estimate for us, should we decide to replace the unit instead. Dean seemed very knowledgeable and was great at explaining each detail and concern.
