ARS/Rescue Rooter Heating, Cooling, Attic Insulation

Day 1 no show.. explained that the tech had to be there before 11am, was advised that it wouldn't be an issue. Day 2 had a 9-1 appointment and didn't show up until 1:15. Still charged the service fee and tried to charge 300 for a clogged line. Said he would wave all the fees if we paid 25 a month for the "maintenance " plan. Husband cleaned and unclogged the system for free. System is less than a year old. Everything should have been covered. Update July 14th Just to let you know their word is about as reliable as their dependability to show up on time.. Attempted to call them back twice and what a shock... no follow-up. Great customer service.

Needed a new AC system and went with these guys through home Depot. From start to finish they were extremely professional and very timely to assist us. They were by far the best price on one of the best systems we were offered. They even gave us additional advice on other things to do in our home like new insulation. Had no issues whatsoever and was extremely surprised with the level of customer service. You just don't see this level of quality these days. I will be referring everyone to them and will do all my future business with them. Gabe and Cynthia were particularly extremely helpful throughout the entire process.

The technician was fantastic. Speedy service. It was warranty work for a $20 run capacitor, which I already knew. Here is where the highway robbery comes in to play. I understand the $109 for the emergency call, but the $228 for the installation because the part was free (warranty) was ridiculous. I ordered 2 of them off of Amazon for $16.97 each for future issues. The only reason I called was because of the warranty. I told the technician what the problem was before he started diagnosis. My total bill was $347...stop stealing from people. I purchased the unit new inside and out from ARS in 2019, so this should not have happened to begin with. To top it all off I used a $50 off coupon off of the ARS website. The actual total bill was originally $397.
