ARS/Rescue Rooter Heating, Cooling, Attic Insulation

From the onset of starting with the ARS team, it was an amazing experience. Starting with John from Home Depot on Hiawassee. He approached me asking if I would be interested in sending someone from ARS to come by and check my AC unit I agreed. The following day Dean Grant came by (very punctual) and explained to me how the system works, and what the existing system problems were. Coming from an apartment building in the Bronx, Dean made it extremely clear, that was great. Upon his recommendation, I asked for someone to come by and show me a new system. The same day the incredible Gabriel Tawadros came over within the half hour. Gabriel had an infectious personality ( great of course), and took plenty of time to make sure that I understood the process of purchasing a new system. He suggested a system that worked best for my home. My technician was very professional and honest. His name was Dean. He spent the time explaining to me what my options were and did not rush me at all. He was very neat and did clean up after himself after doing the tune up on my air conditioning system. He arranged a free estimate on Monday. I will definitely use Dean again. He's a great technician to have.
