Totally UNPROFESSIONAL and DISRESPECFUL I scheduled an appointment with Mr. Rooter to give me a quote on work needed at a commercial site in Sanford Fla. I drove approximately 4hrs to meet with the representative at the site. The representative showed up promptly and was very professional and knowledgeable. He told me I would get a QUOTE from the main office within the next 24-48hrs. That was on the 11 December 2020 today is 20 December 2020. Bottom line I never heard back from this company…..after numerous text, emails and phone calls. I stayed in town in a hotel waiting on this QUOTE for four days. As a professional company at least have enough RESPECT and PROFESSIONALISM to RESPOND/FOLLOW UP with your customers☹
Had a clogged toilet. Said we can come out in 3 days. Lol. Found a guy same price within 1 hr. Call around folks better options sometimes.
Water heater started leaking bad 3 days before Christmas. Called Bill, the owner, he was reassuring, knew his stuff inside out and gave my problem top priority. Came out the next morning and worked throughout the day. Excellent knowledge of plumbing and the job was done perfectly. Bill is now my plumber for all future needs. Service: Water tank installation
