Century Roofing Specialists

I decided to hire Century Roofing to replaced 6 old plastic bubble sky lights on my primary residence. I decided to go with Century Roofing as the representative that came out to our house, (Robert) was very prompt, responsive and offered us what I believed to be the best over all value in their quote. After I gave Robert the authorization to proceed the communication and responsiveness declined some but not terribly. I was instructed after some time that a small crew would come out to the house to do the work and that the work would be completed within a single day. When the crew finally did come out, it was a one man crew and that one man crew ended up taking two days to complete the job. And as you can see from the pics he did quite a job in destroying the sheet rock inside the home when removing the old skylights. The church building had a lot of damages to the roof. When we contacted Century Roofing, I was amazed at how quickly they responded and ready to get to work. When the contract was signed I didn't have a printer/copier at that time and I was told "not to worry my friend" by as he will provide me a copy of the signed contract. I still do NOT have a copy of the contract. He told me the "crew" will be there in a couple of days, that day was Sunday when a one person showed up to work on the roof. This is not a residential building but a big commercial building that had huge leaks which created moles in the Sunday School classrooms that will impact the safety of the kids. After the first visit, we'd only see the one man "crew" sometimes two people an older gentleman and a younger one "working." A few months pass and the rain season came and the roof started leaking again, which left the church board baffled since this was just done! Robert was very professional, he did the inspection in my roof and was very knowledgeable. I received a quote from another company before and they try to replace part of the room and Mr. Robert came and advise that the roof was in perfect conditions that it was a problem from the air conditioning unit.
