Facemyer Air Conditioning and Heating

Cannot say enough about this company. Our A/C went out in a major heat wave. The receptionist was empathetic to our situation and scheduled a repair man as soon as she could, which was the same day. She had a cancelation and called to ask if it was okay to send a repair man within that hour, naturally I said, "thank the lord, yes." The repair man was courteous and informative. He told us what was wrong, what he was going to do, the price (which was very reasonable), and how long it would take. I ended up signing a service contract with the company and would highly recommend them.

Very professional and excellent customer service. My unit was purchased from face Meijer and only 4 years old but with multiple issues. Received multiple repairs from this company with varied success, somewhat convinced faulty repair caused additional issues. Manager tried to assist by giving us a "discount" on a new system. Ended up getting a much better price on a much better system with an extended warranty from another company. Perhaps we were just unlucky with our unit and the repairs.

The technician showed up on time. He was very professional and explained everything that needed to be done step by step. The cost was very reasonable too. I would definitely use Facemyer again and will highly recommend them! Services: HVAC system repair, A/C system maintenance
