Storm Shield Roofing and Restoration

A major hail storm hit our area. We filed a claim with our homeowners insurance company via one of those large marketing type roofing companies. I didn’t feel too comfortable after engaging with this company. We were working a project while awaiting our claim to be approved and it was ultimately denied. Our project involved adding to our roofline which would require new roofing and shingles, etc. In stepped Jake Allen and Storm Shield Restoration. Jake took ownership of our situation and was able to get our roof and gutters replaced along with restoring our pool cage once our project was complete. I highly recommend him and his company.

Jake, owner of the company, is by far the most genuine honest roofing guy out there. I was recommended to him by a friend and after we met I knew he would be the one I selected for my reroof project. I had 3 other estimates and Jake won the cake. He’s not pushy and wants to make sure you are making the right decisions for your home. I contacted Jake at Storm Shield after we had a terrible hail storm as he had been through the process of replacing several family and friends roofs locally. He did an initial inspection and worked with us and the Insurance company's inspector to get it checked out. The insurance company denied the claim and tried to mail us a tiny check. Jake was an advocate on our behalf as we were one of the only houses in the neighborhood without a new roof post storm. He helped us hook up with attorney and saw the process through until we settled and got our new roof covered. His team was on it and got it replaced in the next two weeks so we would have it done for the holidays. They also took special care to protect the landscaping and clean up afterwards, he is always available and responsive via phone and I would highly recommend them. Service: Roof installation
