Jake, owner of the company, is by far the most genuine honest roofing guy out there. I was recommended to him by a friend and after we met I knew he would be the one I selected for my reroof project. I had 3 other estimates and Jake won the cake. He’s not pushy and wants to make sure you are making the right decisions for your home. The project started and finished as planned and the work came out better then expected. Jake was on property multiple times overseeing my project. A major hail storm hit our area. We filed a claim with our homeowners insurance company via one of those large marketing type roofing companies. I didn’t feel too comfortable after engaging with this company. We were working a project while awaiting our claim to be approved and it was ultimately denied. Our project involved adding to our roofline which would require new roofing and shingles, etc. In stepped Jake Allen and Storm Shield Restoration. Jake took ownership of our situation and was able to get our roof and gutters replaced along with restoring our pool cage once our project was complete. I highly recommend him and his company.
