When I call Roto Rotter the first time they were suppose to be at my home in one hour but 2 hours passed and I call again and they could find my information . The tech was very polite when he arrived , but it took him 5 hours to complete. He had to replace a small piece of the PVC pipe like 6 inches. He tried many different ways to fix it It should have not taken 5 hrs. Not please with the service MS Service: Plumbing leak repair
We had a Christmas Eve emergency situation and called Roto-Rooter. Sergio was such a help and so nice. We were so grateful that someone was able to make it out pretty quickly even though it was after hours on a holiday. Service: Plumbing
