After receiving notice that my homeowner's ins. would not be renewed due to a 20 year old roof I immediately got 6 estimates and although Sunrise was not the lowest they were close. I got a very good vibe from their rep. Ariel Mendez, he was straight forward his price included upgraded underlayment and wind mitigation inspection with report. I checked out a couple jobs they were doing in my area and was impressed. The crew arrived as scheduled and worked a long day but finished and cleaned up before the light ran out, in 90+ degree heat I might add. From my first call to the very end Ariel kept us up to date with every aspect of the job from permits to material availability to inspections and I had the wind mitigation report in my hand within 48hrs. of job completion. I never used them for my roof however on 11/16 on 46 in Sanford one of their employees were driving recklessly. The truck was towing a trailer speeding and cutting people off. I moved out the way since I was being tailgated by them. You seriously need to bring this to attention since they can cause a major accident and hurt someone. Not cool at all, very dangerous!
