2nd Gen Roofing gets a Gold Star for their service. As a single lady and senior, I was quite fearful for I had already been dupped by a local contractor who damaged my roof. My neighbor recommended 2nd Gen Roofing and I met with Mr Amaya. He was prompt and professional. He did not upsale. (This was the opposite of what I experienced with the roofer who caused the damage.) Mr Amaya gave me options and he accepted what I chose. He gave me an estimated start date. He called to notify me when his crew was enroute and the service was completed in 1 day. Mr Amaya is prompt, professional, honest and dependable. And, I am a HAPPY CUSTOMER ???? We needed a new roof and highly recommend this roofing company run by AJ, that replaced ours. They were professional, courteous and on-time and our roof looks great! Alex and his crew were top notch. While I haven't used them yet, AJ did come out to evaluate my porch leak. He was polite and professional and gave me options, including instructions on how to (most likely, fingers crossed) solve the issue myself. That has never happened with other roofers I've called before. He was what I'd call a real "straight shooter". His motto of "call a roofer, not a salesman" was well lived up to.
