Had issues with my electrical late Friday night, called these folks first thing in the morning and they had someone out by 10:00. The technician was very knowledgeable and walked us through a couple stops to ensure that we really did need service. I really appreciate it. This thoughtfulness. They are a great company to work with.
First time I used Owens Electric. What a wonderful experience. Everyone was extremely helpful. I needed some fixtures replaced and still need some other issues taken care of due to storm damage. Very nice and professional people. Thank you so much Carrie and Matt. I’m sorry I didn’t get the name of the person that helped you. But thanks to him as well. I will be happy to recommend you to anyone in need of your services.
It is hard to believe they have this high rating. I wouldn't give them any stars. Call them two times in two weeks and nothing but promises to call back.
