Air Experts

My air went out on a Saturday they were there within 2 hours I thought "great" the gentleman told me it was a valve issue they would be back on Monday. On Monday they came out and let a pound of gas out that they had put in 6 months earlier at $100 a pound. It did not work. I've had them out 3 times and it still doesn't work properly. They told me the unit they sold me 2 yrs. ago was too small. As of this review they still haven't fixed it and when I call they sound very disappointed to talk to me and tell me they will call me back, which hasn't happened. I'm very disappointed in their lack of customer service and attitude towards me, it's a shame.

Replacing our 20-year-old unit turned out to be a MUCH bigger deal than originally thought. When the old unit was removed, it was revealed that the original installer (long before we owned the property) had done a truly unprofessional job — the enclosing space was such a mess that the new system couldn't be properly installed without a rebuild -- understandably not part of AirExperts deal. Fortunately, Lorenzo agreed to the task and spent hours to refit the space -- a really great job. The actual install was a lot quicker than I imagined, so the whole process was done in a single day. All the while, Lorenzo, was charming and positive. He made what might have been an unpleasant experience (for us) into a very good one. Well, done, AirExperts! And thanks, Lorenzo! Chris and Lorenzo came to install new ac and air handler. they were very polite and friendly. They put down tarps inside to protect our floors. they did a very professional job of installing new equipment. they did a thorough clean up and answered our questions about operation and maintenance. I would highly recommend them.
