A technician came and checked the AC to determine what the problem was. He was thorough. The decision as to which of 2 solutions should be used was for the main office to make. So, it will be another day w/o AC. Service: A/C system maintenance

We drove in from Massachusetts at 7:30pm on a Monday night to a condo with a temperature of 92 degrees on the second floor. I called, received a callback within 5min. The man I spoke to on the phone walked me through 35min worth of ideas to try to make it work to no avail. The following day, Josh came to address the issue. He was friendly, intelligent, helpful, efficient, knowledgeable and informative of the situation. He determined the issue, and fixed it within 40 min, tops.
