New homeowners to Florida & I automatically knew I wanted a home generator to be prepared for the wrath of Mother Nature. I didn’t need to get different quotes from other vendors from the moment I spoke to the Debbie in the office I was sold! All the other ladies in the office are very nice as well. They guided me on what I needed it to do. The day they came to install my unit, two gentleman name Aaron & Daniel did the job. They were both very knowledgeable in explaining and also very respectful & super neat! I also had another gentleman by the name of Ray come out to teach me how the generator process works. He took his time explaining the do’s & how to check on the generator. Simply overall pleased & excited to have went with Florida Power Solutions. Now just waiting on you Mother Nature so I can see my new investment at work.

The entire process, from getting the initial estimate to completion, has been a great experience with Florida Power Solutions. The office staff couldn't have been more accommodating in filing all the necessary paperwork for HOA and County approval. The outside contractors for electric and gas were also amazing, efficient, and did clean work. Arguably the best part of dealing with FPS was when Chris Freeman came to do the initial startup. Chris took his time to answer all of our questions about the generator and set up the remote monitoring. Chris is a true professional and very knowledgeable. I couldn't be happier with the level of customer service and highly recommend FPS to anyone considering a generator.
