Wimpy Plumbing did an incredible job fixing our water heater today. They were responsive in scheduling us as quickly as possible and the tech came early and did a wonderful job making sure our water heater was fixed, working and he found and fixed an electrical issue to ensure our home is safe and sound. Have used Wimpy's for both AC and Plumbing and have been very happy with the work done. My grandparents always used Wimpys so now its a family tradition. If your looking for a honest family run company to handle your plumbing and AC needs look no further. Have had my Annual maintenance done on AC and never had any follow up issues technician showed me everything he was doing and what he found. Just recently had a Halo 5 whole home water filtration installed due to poor water quality and instantly had better water and everything looks so clean from the install. From the moment I called Wimpy's, I could tell that I was in good hands. From the initial service call to finding out that my unit was beyond repair, and all the way to the day of installation, there were never any surprises. They installed a brand new straight cool unit and air handler. The salesman, Nate, was informative and not pushy at all. Marco, the lead installer, did a fantastic job with his team. Their positive attitude and strong work ethic were on full display. Despite it being one of the hottest days in recorded history, I never heard a single complaint from their team. Even the manager, Chris, came out to my home to ensure that things were going smoothly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants quality work done right.
