They came out and diagnosed that we had several leaks. The staff were very professional and knowledgeable. The reason for the score: - They’re not cheap, but did great work explaining why they had to go through the attic which required more copper but worth it. They replaced the condenser coil and copper line. Everything ran nicely. (This would have been a 5 if there were no other things that happen) - 1 week later, I noticed that the ac wasn’t working properly, but didn’t give it much thought because the weather wasn’t that bad. 2 weeks total, I called on a Sunday bc it was getting hot to have them come back, The technician tried to convince me to have his team come tomorrow so I wouldn’t be charged the service call if it was another issue. I told him that I’m pretty sure it’s their issue and told him Im willing to take that risk bc it was 79F in our house. Anyway, he came out and found the leak in the soldiering that was caused by his team. The leak was by the unit in the garage. He
