Ellington Air Conditioning Repair

We purchased a new air conditioner from Ellington on 11/19, we signed up for The No Worries problem and are very glad we did. We recently a problem with the unit which required a replacement part, Jeffrey ordered it the same day. The unit was working but not at 100% so Jeffrey stopped by every morning for a couple of days to check on the unit. Jeffrey and Joey Diaz decided to bring in two portable AC units while we waited for the part to arrive. The heat index was 105+ for the past two weeks and we would've been very uncomfortable without the portable units. Everyone at Ellington has been very professional and great to work with, from the installation, the front office...always very pleasant...the after hours call center, Joey Diaz who kept me updated and Jeffrey a professional technician, he knows his trade to be certain. I wasn't sure i wanted the No Worries when I purchased the unit but am so glad I did! Among other things you get priority service if you have a problem and portable

Vicky was the receptionist and was courteous and kind. Cody was the service person and was quick, honest, helpful, kind, intelligent and explained all the elements of the process. Ellington as a company offer all the repairs the day of, with high quality equipment at a good price.
