Emergency Plumbing is the most unprofessional organization I have ever dealt with! When the owner first came to my home he seemed to be a trustworthy man. He quoted my job then told me he could not begin for two months. I agreed to waited. After two months he and his wife told me they had a family emergency and asked if I could wait another month. I agreed. When they were finally ready they asked me to come to their home office to sign a contract. The "contract" was a word document with a few line items stating the most rudimentary description of the job (not a contract). When I saw the unprofessional contract and the office in their condo I began to wonder if this was the right decision. I asked if they were insured, licensed and bonded. The woman looked at me as if these were the most unreasonable questions she had ever heard. Her first response was "We have other jobs that we can do instead." I thought the company was either operating illegally, or just plain trying to upcharge me.
