Paul is amazing! The warranty sounds to good to be true but he stands behind it all the way. I had water coming into my house from an interior wall so I called on the warranty and Robin the kind woman that answered the phone put my mind at rest and never made me feel unwelcome. Paul came out and with his many years experience was able to find the source where the water was coming in (not from any failure in the roof by the way) it was instead a gas vent that was managing to collect water. Instead of leaving me to work it out myself because it wasn’t a roof failure he worked with me on different solutions, figured out what worked best for my needs on the job and installed the part needed! He saw my roof was steep and high and handled it for me so I didn’t need to risk my life. I can’t say enough about how grateful I am.
