So I really don’t know where they are getting people to give such good reviews . Because I had the worst experience ever. I live in a two story house and the downstairs AC went out I called after hours and talked to emergency services . Lady was very professional and kind . Then 20-30 minutes I get a call from a guy named Raphael Reyes saying he received request and that he can be here in 3-4 hours I said okay that’s fine. After he told me oh you have two unit? I said yes and he said both are out ? I said no he said well it’s not consider an emergency , but as a courtesy he will come I said okay thanks. Then he seemed like he didn’t want to come so he was like oh if I do come it’s going to be 189 to just look. I said ok it’s fine I have 5 kids wnd 3 under 3 and we are hot it’s Florida . Then he goes well we can’t guarantee it will be fixed and if we can’t fix it we would have to come out again and take a look and it would be more charges.
