Julio González was Excellent, he repair my unit and took the time to explain everything to me, detail by detail, very experience tech, knows what he is doing and explains everything in a way that you understand, never had a good service tech like him service my unit.

So I really don’t know where they are getting people to give such good reviews . Because I had the worst experience ever. I live in a two story house and the downstairs AC went out I called after hours and talked to emergency services . Lady was very professional and kind . Then 20-30 minutes I get a call from a guy named Raphael Reyes saying he received request and that he can be here in 3-4 hours I said okay that’s fine. After he told me oh you have two unit? I said yes and he said both are out ? I said no he said well it’s not consider an emergency , but as a courtesy he will come I said okay thanks. Then he seemed like he didn’t want to come so he was like oh if I do come it’s going to be 189 to just look. I said ok it’s fine I have 5 kids wnd 3 under 3 and we are hot it’s Florida . Then he goes well we can’t guarantee it will be fixed and if we can’t fix it we would have to come out again and take a look and it would be more charges. So I told him ok it seems like you’re busy and
