We have used Great American Plumbing twice, and both times Joe did a great job. The last thing we had done was a water heater replacement. He was very patient in getting the proper permits and dealing with our condo association in getting them everything they needed. He showed up on time and worked in a timely fashion. Fantastic Work done by Joe I describe Joe as Understandable, fair, and amicable . It saved my day with a backed up toilet. I called around and it was the best price in the area, although extra work was required, Joe was very fair in the price: Not tho mention that he pointed out the poor job done by contractor who did the bathroom and, went beyond to not charging me for the grout missing. Excellent work and peace of mind: I added Joe to my list of dependable service people. Thank you !!!!
