My thermostat stopped working and therefore the A/C too. I called Barineau around 1 pm in the afternoon and by 6 pm that evening a technician was at my home. He thoroughly checked the system and determined it was definitely the thermostat. He showed me an emergency procedure to bypass the thermostat and keep the A/C running. He ordered a new thermostat and when it came in the next day he was back at my home that afternoon and installed the new thermostat and I was back in business. We have been using Barineau since we built our home in 1985 and I am completely satisfied with their service, their support, and the friendly attitude of their office staff.
