My experience(s), thus far: 1. June, 2018 - tried installing a different unit than what was purchased with our modular home. They brought a combined unit, when we purchased a split unit (outdoor heat exchanger.) The Modular Home Dealer contracted them, or we would have ceased doing business at this point. 2. The unit was installed incorrectly. The opening to the air intake was completely blocked off by the drip pan, so the only air it could draw was from the small space remaining within the closet holding the unit. Only one, young, obviously inexperienced person was sent to install this thing. 3. They had to return to fix/connect the ductwork in the attic. 3. May 24, 2019, we arrive home to a non-functioning unit. Yes, Memorial Weekend with temps in excess of 100°. Unit is still under warranty at that point. Mr. Ron Bonds, himself, instructed my husband how to by-pass something to get it "working." He then determined it to be "non-emergent," meaning he didn't have to come right away. 4

Needed a new system at the worst time -- Bonds Electrical made it happen. Excellent work in timely manner. Hauled away old unit and materials our home never knew there was a problem. Highly recommend.

Installed unit wrong left gaps at the plenum won’t build enough pressure to push air out to the far end of the house, they tried telling me it was my duct work but it leaks air from all around the unit so henceforth it can’t build pressure and come to find out they didn’t even tape the back side of where the unit ties to my duct work I guess I’m going to have to hire a real ac company to come fix these “professionals” mistakes, and another thing they came inside my home at 8 in the morning when no one was here, told their boss my thermostat said 73 degrees (because that’s as low as it will get without freezing up during the night) and they didn’t need to fix it, when I get home from work my thermostat is set on 77 everyday and my ac can barely maintain that without freezing up they have been to fix it 3 times and have failed to do so. Told me that they were only hired to install the a/c Which I thought meant install correctly. 10/10 would not recommend Services: Installation, Repair HV
