My experience(s), thus far: 1. June, 2018 - tried installing a different unit than what was purchased with our modular home. They brought a combined unit, when we purchased a split unit (outdoor heat exchanger.) The Modular Home Dealer contracted them, or we would have ceased doing business at this point. 2. The unit was installed incorrectly. The opening to the air intake was completely blocked off by the drip pan, so the only air it could draw was from the small space remaining within the closet holding the unit. Only one, young, obviously inexperienced person was sent to install this thing. 3. They had to return to fix/connect the ductwork in the attic. 3. May 24, 2019, we arrive home to a non-functioning unit. Yes, Memorial Weekend with temps in excess of 100°. Unit is still under warranty at that point. Mr. Ron Bonds, himself, instructed my husband how to by-pass something to get it "working." He then determined it to be "non-emergent," meaning he didn't have to come right away. 4

Just had my ac serviced by Bond's and Tyler was great! Had water pouring in from my ceiling. He came immediately and fixed the issue fast Services: A/C system maintenance, A/C system repair

Excellent and quality service! Mr. Bonds was quick to help us get our duct work and rain guard repaired. Air flow in house was fully restored.
