We called 4 other shops on a Friday and Kieth Lawson was the only one who would schedule an appointment that day. The tech showed up on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. He went beyond expectations. Our AC was fixed the same day and was cooling better than before the malfunction. I will definitely call Kieth Lawson from now on for repair needs. I’ve used these guys in the past to install two new HVAC systems (one including ductwork) at two different houses and a tankless water heater at one and they have always been incredible in terms of work quality and price. Most recently we reported an issue with cooling the house and they had Donald out in a couple of hours to fix it. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient.
