Talquin services are antiquated using poor technology using the infamously flawed Facebook as the information portal. My friend’s power goes off spontaneously every month due to recent illnesses and automatic payments that are not honored. He is wheelchair dependent and has family who set up the payments. It is a very bad situation because he cannot then drive his car out of his garage there again electrically operated. His phone system is dependent upon powered as well by router. Talquin needs help to help my friend who is 80 yo. As well as others like him. We have enough bad going on for now. FIX IT!

Feel like I’m living back on the islands. Power goes out all the time.

This company has recently put a lot of energy into coverage expansion. Expansion in the energy industry often means weaker infrastructure, leading to cases like Talquin. Power can go out any time, just like in 3rd world countries. I feel very cultured under the Talquin monopoly.
