I recently purchased a New Havac system from Harper Revell Heating & Air Conditioning. This is my story. With several brands to choose from I decided to stay with what worked for me for over 24 years, Goodman. I started first with prayer. After that I started the process. I set up appointments with several local havac company representatives. I selected Harper Revell not because they were the lowest price and a licensed Goodman dealer. What closed the deal for me was I worked directly with the owner. He came across as very knowledgeable and honest. He answered all my questions, I had alot of questions. He assured me that he would stand behind the sale with service. We only met once. In that meeting he laid out the installation timeline table from start to finish. He told me that his company would handle all documents associated with warranty and I would expect my completed copies in mail. Everything he said he would do happened. I’ve been very happy with our service from Harper Revell. They serviced our system for some time and then replaced it when it failed. The new Trane has had issues (we replaced during COVID when parts were possibly subpar), but HR has worked with us tirelessly to resolve it. I would recommend them to anyone and consider myself a loyal customer.
