Harper Revell was very responsive and accomodating in replacing my 2 HVAC units in my 2 story house. Since it was summertime, they provided me with a portable AC unit while they were waiting for my units to be delivered by the manufacturer. Once the 2 units were installed, it was discovered that unfortunately one of the heating units wasn't functioning properly. It took 2 1/2 months for Harper Revell and the manufacturer to troubleshoot and fix the problem. (Which is why I only gave them 4 stars instead of 5.) I’ve been very happy with our service from Harper Revell. They serviced our system for some time and then replaced it when it failed. The new Trane has had issues (we replaced during COVID when parts were possibly subpar), but HR has worked with us tirelessly to resolve it. I would recommend them to anyone and consider myself a loyal customer.
