Mr Rooter I highly recommend. Our plumber Josiah was polite respectful and knowledgeable. He kept me updated and informed on how the job was going. We had a pipe break just below the ground. We used Mr. Rooter to fix a slow faucet leakage. The first plumber who came was not good at communication, and had to talk with his advisor on the phone almost entire time in our house. Yet he didn't get the job done after 2.5 hours. He asked us to buy a faucet, and call them so that he can replace it for us for $340, which we have to pay since he already started the job. We called the company and complained about the situation, which took us a lot of unsuccessful calls. Finally the customer service lady said that we cannot get off the plan they had for us (which is, to replace the faucet), but they will send the previous plumber's supervisor to us. Today the supervisor came. He is very skilled, good at communication and considerate. He finished the replacement of the faucet within 20 minutes, told us the reason of the leakage, and also gave us a much more reasonable price ($220 instead of $340). I called Mr. Rooter plumbing and the service was professional from start to finish. Ashley, the front desk clerk was pleasant to work with on all occasions and Eric and Christian, the field techs provided a dependable action plan, which in my opinion was best practice for what I had done. They converted a single sink to dual sinks on a repurposed vanity (not easily). They were friendly and kind during every interaction and went out of their way to maintain a positive experience.
