Amazing service. Trey came out after normal business hours and got our AC back up and running so quick. We have 4 little kids and so for them to respond so quickly and be so professional meant a lot to me and my wife. Very grateful for all that Trey did and their maintenance plan was a life saver for us as we had to get a motor replaced. Great experience and great company! I had an after hours emergency and Caesar was my repair tech. He was so nice and diagnosed the issue and showed me how to prevent another issue! He was so calm and helpful and reassured me it was nothing I did to cause the issue! He also before he left showed me how to connect my system to the Wi-Fi and use my system as it was designed! This was above and beyond his assigned job ti fix my issue! I would recommend him to anyone he was so helpful! It’s rare these days to have an employee so willing to help! Thank you! Recently the AC unit shut down, while temps were in the 90's. Called for service after hours. The on-call tech Lamar, arrived and quickly diagnosed the issues and corrected the problem in a very short time. Mr. Lamar was very professional, skilled and proficient. 5 STARS well deserved!!
