Well, Robert, the technician, showed up on time for this emergency appointment. He repaired the problem. And then explained to me in detail what had happened. Impressed with his explanation, I stated, "you should be teaching this stuff!" Robert, being the humble person that he is, explained that he wasn't cut out for such a thing. We shared our views on parenting and what is wrong with the world today. Robert then went on to work in several counties away. Working in the heat, to provide us with cool air. Thank you, Robert. Rebecca was very kind and patient, listening to my water backflow problems. Kenny came out within a day and replaced the broken backflow parts. Excellent service!
The tech showed up very promptly. He listened to our concerns about the AC/heating system and checked those thoroughly. He'll be sending out a tech to work with these issues. He was extremely polite and kindly put up with our over-friendly dog. We've always been delighted with Watts's service and have used them for years. Service: HVAC system maintenance
