We were very pleased with the level of customer service and professionalism that Burnette Roofing provided to us. After Hurricane Michael we attempted to obtain quotes from seven different roofing companies which all either didn't call back, never showed up, or never followed through. George went above and beyond to not only provide a fair quote but kept us informed and updated until the job was complete. We are so very thankful to him and this company for helping us during our time of need and for that we are forever grateful. We would definitely recommend them!

This company installed a new roof which ended up being defective. That defective roof was replaced with a better quality shingle. Six months later a leak has left a large hole in the roof decking. After making multiple calls and leaving multiple messages, being told someone would be on it, and just getting nowhere, the owner called me and asked if I would be his policeman by letting him know if his employee didn’t contact me within 2 hours. Two hours later and the owner isn’t answering and has a full mailbox.

Burnette Roofing performed the install on our residential home. They used Tamko materials and exceeded our expectations on the quality of their work. They were very fast and cleaned up our site in a day. I highly recommend Burnette Roofing and their construction services!
