Trust worthy! Mr. Thomas is always on time and extremely knowledgeable about air conditioning systems of all types. When he comes out o my home he has great recommendations that work and save me money with out taking a hit down the road. I understand him when he explains to me the work he is doing or what needs to be done. His team is self sufficient, polite, well groomed and knowledgeable as well.
