I call affordable roofing systems they came out right away and gave Me a quote they said it would be $12,425 too replace My roof and if there’s was additional plywood replace they would use up too two sheet’s @ no cost too Me , any additional plywood used I would be charged, I had two change My color shingles twice because they didn’t have them in stock it took them four months too come out do the job, Once the job was done the total amount of My roof was $17,425 I know the cost of plywood has gone up but not like that!!! that was way over and about what I thought they would charge!!!!, That’s a huge difference, I feel that I was taken advantage of because I’m an elderly woman!!!! I never would have expected an additional $5000.000 difference!!! I’m very disappointed with the hike in price!!!!! , I feel I was ripped off and taken advantage of due to being a woman and elderly!!!!

Affordable Roofing Systems is just terrific. We called with a leaking roof from storm damage and they were there (1.5 hours away) that afternoon. Steve and Leonel stayed late to make sure every leak was repaired (there were many). Solid, dedicated professionals willing to go the extra mile for their customers. They were pleasant, speedy, quick to explain what and why they were doing, and a pleasure to deal with. This is our second lovely experience with this company. Service: Roof repair

We’ve had issues with leaking ever since the roof was installed. ARS sent out their warranty guy who made minor changes each time but nothing ever fixed the leak. After 3years of failed attempts, they have stopped returning my calls and texts. We just found mold growing in the area and are having to hire another company to fix their mistakes.
