I don’t know how we found this business, but I’m so thankful that we did. From the receptionist answering the phone, the service department and even the sales department people are all very nice, professional, courteous, respectful, and friendly. I’ve been using this company for about 2-3 years and their service technicians are always on time, respectful of our home / property. Yesterday, “Chad” came to our home to clean the vents and it was a wonderful experience. In addition to cleaning, he gave us helpful tips on maintenance. Even the Installer gave us some tips. We just had a capacitor fail causing our A/C to stop cooling, Air Masters was fantastic. Casey set up service for the same day and even help move our appointment up when a opening became available. Chad was knowledgeable and walked me thru what the problem was in a straight forward and easy to understand way. He made the repair quickly and made the whole process comfortable and easy.
