I had major roof damage from Hurricane Ian in September 2022. I shopped and obtained 5 quotes for reroofing my house in Cape Coral, FL. Stay Dry Roofing of Tampa Bay was my first quote and my final choice. Their price was very competitive and their product was quality GAF roofing materials which I was confident in using. Additionally, GAF has a wind proven warranty in addition to the shingle warranty. Since their price was competitive, I was able to upgrade my package adding peel & stick underlayment and upgraded Timbertex. They scheduled the job for a Tuesday morning at 8 am and the truck with materials arrived on time and loaded materials onto the roof. The crew arrived immediately after and by the end of the first day my roof was scraped and then dried in. They used a third party engineer to avoid having to wait for the city to inspect the dry-in and the crew was back on the job in the morning. By mid-afternoon, the roof was shingled and the site cleaned up and the crew
