This was the second company I had out to look at my hot water heater which hasn’t been heating and when it does heat it’s just lukewarm. First company didn’t even look at anything, just said the unit was old and needed to be replaced for $2600 and was rude when we said we wanted to look around. This guy with pro plumbing was fantastic. He was so nice and he replaced the element and now my water is HOT. The only complain I have is that he was supposed to be here between 12-2 and didn’t show up until 4, but other than that I had a great experience with them. Will use again. I’ve had nothing but excellent service dealing with Pro Plumbing. Rick educated me on exactly what I was needing. The guys who came to do the job were efficient and kind. Would highly recommend and will be a reoccurring customer now.
Abraham of ProPlumbers came to Erehwon Retreat to descale a just in time gas waterheater and replace a faucet in one of our bathrooms. I find the workmanship first rate and prices fair. Highly reccomend.
