Marc Fuentes with Quality Air Plus is truly friendly, personable and competent AC tech. He came out promptly found the problem explained the issue as well as showed me and then he went over the options to get my AC back up and running. He is a standup and trustworthy man. I highly recommend this company.
The company that we have a home warranty through dispatched Marc (Quality Air Plus) to our home to repair our heater. Obviously, in Florida we don't need the heater on very often, but we just brought home our newborn baby girl and were anticipating a low of 48'F. Marc not only worked us in as a priority for the weekend, but came the same day so we wouldn't have to go another night without heat. He was thorough, courteous, and fixed the problem within 1 hour of arrival.
Marc was my technician. I have to say that he faced my repair job with great confidence and astounding knowledge. Marc went out of his way to not only get my parts ordered in a speedy time but to come back on his own initiative to double check his work after installation to make sure all was perfect! I am an incredibly meticulous person and felt like the level of professionalism was outstanding and rivaled by no other HVAC company that I’ve ever dealt with.
