Del-Air Heating and Air Conditioning

Shady...very shady. I call them for a service tech to fix an AC unit that is blowing semi-cold air. I get a service tech and a sales associate at my door trying to upsell me on a new system??? All of a sudden I'm having to talk to a sales person face to face at my house when all I wanted was a repair tech to fix an issue. It led to a very uncomfortable situation. To have a sales associate show up with a service tech is rude, ignorant, and bad company practice. I wouldn't use this company now regardless if I need a new unit or not. One can argue that this is soliciting and was no different than a door to door salesperson that was at my house, uninvited. Plenty of other companies to choose from - do not use this company and their shady sales tactics.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Del Air's appointment management system, and I must say it left me thoroughly disappointed and questioning whether I want to continue doing business with them. I initially contacted Del Air based on a referral from Lennox and had high hopes for their services. However, the way my appointment was handled left much to be desired. Upon calling Del Air on a Saturday to schedule an appointment for my AC check, I spoke with a representative who seemed helpful at first. We agreed on a Monday time slot between 8 am and 12 pm, and I adjusted my schedule accordingly. However, when Monday arrived, I waited patiently all morning, only to realize that nobody was coming. Concerned, I contacted Del Air to inquire about the delay, and they seemed equally clueless about the situation. They assured me that a technician would be sent out as soon as possible and rescheduled my appointment for a new time slot between 12 pm and 6 pm. Sadly, history r
