EXTREMELY UNRESPONSIVE, if you need a roof call somebody else...ANYBODY ELSE! they not only were unresponsive and didn't bother to advise they weren't coming out to get the job done multiple times, it was more than a month later before it finally got done, then it FAILED Inspection for nonsense they didn't bother to repair. THEN....WAIT FOR IT!...one of the workers that was there to install a roof, entered my home thru an attic crawlspace and helped himself to use my bathroom, to open closet doors and get this...help himself to an ice cream in the freezer! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? most people know how they leave their home, and I KNOW how i left my home, 1st giveaway was the deadbolt wasn't locked...why you might wonder, because they didn't have a key to lock it when they exited my house. If i would have Jewelry or money in the house, i am certain that it would have been stolen. i cannot stress enough to you, choose ANOTHER Roofer! When you notice a leak, you better call the pros! Southern Pro helped me mitigate a leak, while the insurance claim process was in the works. With Hurricane Ian blowing through and dumping rain, I was impressed that the temporary fix held and we are on the schedule for a new roof very soon.
