I would give Richard at Erwin electric twenty stars out of five. I am very satisfied with how throughly and carefully he did my electric panel change out. Services: Electrical outlet & switch relocation, Ground wire installation, Electrical wiring repair
Was Harassed and followed for 15 minutes by one of their employees in their company vehicle. Who decided to come to my place of employment TWICE trying to enter. This was after he employee Stopped on coming traffic, got out of his company vehicle and approached my car in an aggressive manner.
I’m so unhappy with this company. The tech modified a receptacle that had another outlet after it. After the receptacle was modified the outlet at the end of the run had no power. Instead of giving me a quote they sent out 2 techs to troubleshoot and sent me a bill for $675! I fully believe they charged me to fix their mistake.
