This was honestly some of the best customer service I have ever experienced! The gentleman that came to my house was the company's owner and he was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful! Provided me with some great DIY tips as to help maintain my system. Very respectful young man and he was a Military Veteran (as am I) so I appreciate that. Fantastic job! I originally contacted Lee Service to install a new system in 2020 as my existing units were 20 years old. They installed for a good price but the system has never worked correctly due to a leak and charging me for more refrigerant $$ dye packs $$ and running a whole new 70 foot new line set. $$$. They have been here 9 times over the last 2 years just filing the unit up and taking off without investigating the issue. I have been very patient with them. The last few months they have started to be unresponsive or not showing up and I called another company for a second opinion. It took them 5 minutes to find the leak (dye all over the coils) and suggested the original company should make this right since I have paid so much already. Lee services was contacted and they claim that are coming today. I will update on whether this gets resolved. I hope so. Living in FL with new AC not working right for 2 years has been hell. Bought a Groupon for same day service call with diagnostic and the guy that came out charged an extra 80$ and told me he couldn't fix it while the other guy said they could... text called and no reply back. Service: A/C system repair
