I was very pleased with his demeanor, behavior and responsiveness. I would most definitely recommend him and use him for any future issues. His honesty was much appreciated and he made sure I understood everything and more than that he didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary improvements. I was very pleased w the company for sending Isaiah over to me within a couple of hours of my initial call to them and not making me wait for days for service. Thermostat wiring was accidentally cut by lawnmower. They were able to send out a tech (Harold) almost and replaced the blown fuse and fixed the wiring. Additionally he made sure it was safe from future harm from the lawnmower and weather. Harold was fantastic, super respectful, worked and was professional and knowledgeable.
