Horrible service and booking experience. They informed me it would be a $79.99 service charge for the call I was fine with that, then Cyndy calls me today to tell me the inspection is going to be $629, and the technician doesn’t have the proper equipment to inspect the rest of the home. I’m a busy professional and took 2 hours out of my schedule to be here for my customer while they are out of town, and now not only is my time wasted but the services haven’t been performed and she basically told me good luck because I was appalled at the price change in inspection. Extremely unprofessional, would not recommend to any of my clients or fellow realtors and we are a office of 4,000 agents in Florida alone. I will be sending a bulletin.

I had two service technicians (sorry I didn't write their names down) that came out to replace a section of pipe that could only be accessed by cutting through the block and stucco on the exterior of my house. They explained what they would be doing and how they would do it. They really did an excellent job. I found the young technician well educated in his field and very willing to share his expertise with me. I felt confident he knew what he was doing. I would recommend them to anyone.
