Inside sales gal was a pleasure to work with. The techs were timely and efficient. The unit is producing ice cold air but the air handler appears to not be pushing the air out as intended. I had the tech come back out after install, he did not have any way to measure register air temp (very odd) nor had a recommendation on how much air should be coming out of the vent. They were quick to try to leave but i asked them to stay and program the new thermostat. They failed to test the furnance, so after reminding them to do that a drain plug leak was discovered. My garage would have been a wet mess if i did not have them double check. I feel the air handler still needs adjusted, but the scheduling gal said it would be weeks to get another service call scheduled. For almost $9000 i spent, should not have had to hand hold the techs, the tech returning was not helpful at all and essentially said there was nothing he could do. Eric came out on a Sunday to work on our system. Although he couldn’t make the repair today he worked hard and checked out every option. Had to locate a part and will return to finish the job. Very nice young man. Now we wait. Good employees like him are hard to find. He’s a keeper. Service: HVAC system repair
