Responsiveness was supreme. I called the company and was asked my unofficial diagnosis. The owner gave me suggestions on how to trouble shoot before "I wasted money on something I could do myself." When that was unsuccessful, he dispatched one of his technician within 30min. The technician was patient and answered all 100 of my questions. He was polite, transparent and showed me what the problem was before he fixed anything. The company didnt price gauge and even though another problem was identified, the price increase was minimal.
