Justin, Tay and Austin were all awesome technicians. Justin came in and fixed the issue right away and when he realized we needed more help in other areas he got on the phone and got some of his colleagues out to help to detect the issue. They were very professional and had awesome customer service. I would recommend this company to everyone!! Awesome employees and extremely convenient when you have multiple issues with the house.

Today I got the estimate for the work I needed on my tub faucet. The gentleman who came was very nice & respectful. He was fast & efficient. He also gave me advice on a couple other things & brochures on home water filtration systems. His name is Nick Noel & I will request him to come back to do the job he gave me the estimate on. There's the appointment no part told they'd be here Friday morning early I called at 11:30 and they didn't have me on the schedule yet. They put me on the schedule until 6p was told at 5:30 p.m. that they couldn't get the part earlier this morning but they didn't bother to tell me that no one would show up and they didn't have a part and I would have to wait till Monday. Monday I waited for someone to call and tell me what time they were coming and they didn't so I called at 11:30 to have them put me on the schedule. from 2:00 to 4:00 then someone else said 4:00 to 6:00 and someone else said four to eight another no-show. Today, the day before the hurricane, another tech came out fix the system in 30 minutes and it didn't need a part. Super over them. My electric bill went from 3:50 to $1,000 because of the AC running wrong. In the meantime during all of this I got at least seven calls regarding their membership savings.
