The Air Squad is a reliable, responsive family-owned business. My calls and texts are answered quickly by an owner and appointments are easy to schedule. Our service technician, Darren, was excellent! He arrived early for the maintenance visit and proceeded to conduct a thorough review of our a/c system, inside and outside our home. Darren was professional and knowledgeable, patiently responding to our questions and ensuring our system was working efficiently. After dealing with another company who left us high and dry for days with a broken AC, my husband contacted The Air Squad and spoke with Mark who gave us an honest quote, the company came out on that same day and installed a new unit for us within a few hours. The technician Darren was right on time, polite , professional, and made sure everything was working to our satisfaction before leaving.
