I called Modern Plumbing Industries for a family member and I'm glad I did. Victor R. came out to the property. His professionalism, attention to detail, and making sure no potential issue gets overlooked was greatly appreciated. Having experienced the same issue with a different toilet, I was aware of what needed to be performed so to listen to the the plumber explain things and not sell something that wasn't needed was a plus. Not the cheapest in town, however their workmanship, technicians honesty, and standing behind their services earns them a spot on the fridge. Great work Modern plumbing Industries! We had Doug come into our preschool to help with an ongoing repair that we were working on and not only was he helpful, quick, and efficient, he was also honest. He helped us work through our repair, giving us his honest opinions the entire time, and even helped us work through a separate plumbing issue that came up while he was visiting the school. Heard about Modern Plumbing from The Tom and Dan show and the project they were doing at Tom's house. Meet them at the monthly Sanford Food Trucks. I meet the owner and he told me that when they come out they many options to repairs they offer. Their technician Victor came out and quoted many options for what we wanted to do, we picked the major overhaul of all the toilets.
