We had Doug come into our preschool to help with an ongoing repair that we were working on and not only was he helpful, quick, and efficient, he was also honest. He helped us work through our repair, giving us his honest opinions the entire time, and even helped us work through a separate plumbing issue that came up while he was visiting the school. I called Modern Plumbing Industries for a family member and I'm glad I did. Victor R. came out to the property. His professionalism, attention to detail, and making sure no potential issue gets overlooked was greatly appreciated. Having experienced the same issue with a different toilet, I was aware of what needed to be performed so to listen to the the plumber explain things and not sell something that wasn't needed was a plus.
