This was my second time using Modern Plumbing and this second experience was even better than the first. Taylor and Johnny were both great- professional, friendly, and answered all questions in a polite and patient manner. While people are often friendly, sometimes you have people who talk down to you because you aren't an expert in their field. These guys were the opposite of that- very knowledgeable and very cool! Finally, I was given a 2-5pm window, and they came before 2 pm...on a Monday, no less! This company is great, Taylor and Johnny are awesome, and I would absolutely use Modern Plumbing in the future. We had a great experience with Modern Plumbing from our initial call to the office staff/dispatch through to our service repair with Freddie and Johnny. Everyone was courteous, professional but yet still friendly and very personable. Freddy and Johnny showed up as scheduled, listened to our concerns. Freddy explained our options/costs of rebuilding versus replacing the water heater. We decided on replacement and they were able to obtain a new one during the time the old one was draining. A couple of hours later, it was up and running. They were very diligent in their assembly and installation and took great care in making the water heater fit well within the space.
