Amazing to watch. Jamaka adapted to my install and was equipped to resolve my water leak between meter and house. -Located water line: depth & turns using a little tech. -Lucky to use old 1" line & insert 3/4" line for 60% of ground cover and saved turf. -So, 3 hours for 60 ft of water line repair was pretty quick. Atlantis fit me in during a very busy period with single degree temperatures & emergencies all over the city. I had a frozen pipe which burst, the crawl space flooded, & could not get to water turn off. Dave arrived promptly, was courteous & professional, & extremely knowledgeable. He determined a way to get to the water shut off valve, found a crack and 1 hole in the pipe, and was able to repair & replace. He kept me informed on every step, and suggested a solution for easier access to the shut off valve in the future. Highly recommend! I will definitely use Atlantis & Dave in the future! Wow, Robert Camp was exceptional. He was thoughtful and very detailed. He listened to all of my concerns and gave me a great education on water pressure in residential homes, how everything functions together, and why my water pressure valve and T&P valve needed replacement. He fixed all of the problems that three other plumber caused! I will definitely call Atlanis plumbing for all my future plumbing needs and will only ask for Robert Camp.
