VERY unprofessional. Unfortunately, the leasing company our office is through uses them or else I would never use them. We've had them come out to our location every time it rains and nothing ever gets fixed. Tried speaking with Mark F., head of dispatch, as to what the issue is and/or why we don't get a description of the problem and received nothing but an unprofessional attitude. Mark will constantly talk over you and quite frankly does not care about your problems. I'm pretty convinced that their workers get a check for coming out to our roof, sitting on top and hanging out considering NONE of our issues have been resolved. Overall, don't use these people for your roofing needs.
