Ryan provided us with solutions and was open to answering all of our questions, he was even gracious enough to take a look at our thermostat and provide us with some guidance. I am very upset with the way things have been handled with this company. I was stopped at a red light and got struck from behind by their driver. It should be clear who is at fault, right? The office manager, Lauren, obtained a copy of the police report where it states their driver “is not sure if he struck my vehicle or not” although the evidence is clearly there and SHE decided to not take responsibility for the accident. Mind you, she never even filed a claim with Cincinnati Insurance. Whether he is unsure or not, it’s clear that he rear ended me. Perhaps he was texting and driving or just not paying attention? Regardless, an incident happened where their driver was behind the wheel of a company vehicle so a claim should have been made with their insurance and INSURANCE should be the ones to determine if responsibility will be taken or not. Myself and my 3 year old daughter were both in the car during this accident and thank goodness we are both ok, although she was a little shaken
