New Image Roofing

Thanks to CJ with New Image Roofing for making my roof replacement so easy. They were very upfront about the process and followed through just as they explained from the very beginning. They met with my insurance company and was able to give me a piece of mind! My new roof looks great!! They even followed up after to make sure everything went smoothly. Thank you New Image Roofing, I will be recommending you to anyone that asks about getting their roof replaced.

Others may have had a good experience, but ours was horrible. New Image gives a 30 warranty which is only helpful if the work is done right and they can fix the problems, which they CAN"T. We didn't find out until too late that New Image uses subcontractors that must not have been vetted at all. We have three chimneys and the flashing job around these leaked on two of them, one to the tune of a gallon every 2 hours or so requiring me to go up into the attic to try to catch as much water as possible at all hours of the day and night. Unfortunately, the leak was in a room that we used for storage and we didn't discover the leak until my lungs started reacting to the mold caused by the leak! My wife and I both were sick for weeks, never mind the stress caused by the whole mess. It took several attempts to stop this leak, meanwhile more water kept coming in. i was referred to New Image roofing by my insurance company so I new I was in good hands. Montana called me that same day to set up a time to come to my house to inspect my roof. They came and met with the adjuster for me and by the end of the week he was contacting me to show me samples. I felt so comfortable and they were very thorough. I am getting my new roof in September and I cant wait. I could have it done sooner but I will be out of town. Thanks to Montana at New Image Roofing these guys have made this process so easy for me...you guys are the best!
