We called Atlas yesterday, and they sent someone out on the same day. Alex arrived on time. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He found the problem quickly and got everything back to working order in no time. And the price was very reasonable. I'll definitely call Atlas again for any problems with my A/C unit.
I will only use Atlas. They are fair and transparent on pricing and scope of work. Always on time, very good at communication. 10/10. Have never had a bad experience in the handful of times I’ve hired them for various jobs.
Called at 3 pm for help with system not cooling. Help arrived 2 hours later & cooled us down. Tech was very friendly & courteous. Atlas was recommended to us 6 years ago for a new install & they later installed a new unit at daughter’s home. Well run company! Office staff very helpful, too! Service: Repair HVAC
